My biggest challenge has been deciding whether to pursue art, craft, or design. I cannot separate them no matter how hard I try. So I do all three.
Hanging Fleurettes
This series is not to depict flowers as we see them but to capture their essence through color, texture, and movement. The abstracted fleurettes are crafted from thinly pressed porcelain, fitted between a pair of brass or nickel finials into strands of crocheted wire and suspended from a wood header. They float and have room to slightly turn as if caught by a gentle breeze.

Tides of Tranquility
Through the expressive interplay of flowing lines, transition of colors, and organic forms, this series is to invite quiet contemplation while emphasizing the beauty found in simplicity.
